"Can’t say enough good things. Joe truly went out of his way to help my mom set up her policy and get the best deal. She loved him so much that she recommended I call him. I typically like to do everything online and don’t like having to set up insurance over the phone (can you tell I’m a Gen Z’er?), but he made it so easy. He was able to answer all of my complicated questions about coverage and get me a way better deal than what geico and progressive were offering me (even though I’ve been with geico for a cumulative 10+ years and progressive for about 5 years and I have never been in an accident or had a ticket). He was always very quick with email responses, answering the phone, and sending over documents that I requested. He’s the best!"
